How You Earn Points

·         Customers earn points on eligible purchases made through our website or select Kickstarter campaigns (which will be specified on the campaign’s page and through marketing/advertising)

·         Points are awarded only after an order is successfully processed and paid or in the case of a Kickstarter campaign, when the fulfillment of all rewards for the campaign is completed.

·         Kickstarter backers: use the same e-mail address associated with your Kickstarter account to ensure points are credited correctly.

·         Shipping charges are not eligible for earning points. 

How You Use Points

·         Points can be redeemed for reward coupons that apply as discounts at checkout.

·         Reward coupons have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash, store credit, or refunds.

·         Coupons must be used on a purchase; they cannot be applied to past orders.

·         Only one reward coupon may be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Expiration & Adjustments

·         Points expire after 12 months from the date they are accrued unless otherwise specified.

·         Points will be deducted for canceled or refunded orders (in the rare instance that we permit a refund).

·         If the refund is partial, point adjustments will be prorated.

Returns & Exchanges

·         When a purchase made with a reward coupon is refunded (in the rare instance that we permit a refund), the coupon value is not reinstated.

·         If an exchange is granted, discounts will be reapplied to the replacement item whenever possible. 

Program Changes

·         We may change, suspend, or end the Rewards Program at any time.

·         Any changes will not affect coupons already issued.

·         Abuse of the program may result in account suspension.

Taxes & Fees

·         Reward coupons reduce the taxable sale amount in accordance with state law.
